Payment:
NKJ Design receives online payments with Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa Electron.
Payment will only be charged on your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is set up unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

NKJ Design uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol meaning your data is safe and cannot be read by other external persons.
NKJ Design's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Delivery:
The delivery time for your order is 3-7 working days.
NKJ Design ships goods with the following: GLS.
We send to all Denmark. Shipping price is 50 kr, however, free shipping when purchasing more than 500 kr. Items will be shipped to the nearest GLS parcel shop unless otherwise agreed.
You will always receive a track and trace no. so you can follow your package, from our warehouse and home to you.
Right of withdrawal:
14 days of full return on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
The 14 day period starts the day when the order is delivered.
Any return costs do you hold yourself.
The request for cancellation must be notified by us no later than 14 after delivery and be us in the past 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation.
If you wish to use the right of cancellation, please send an email mail@nkj-design.com. In the notice, you must be aware of your wish for the use of the right of withdrawal.
Item condition upon return:
You are liable for the deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the product in the same way as if you shopped in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will get a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to NKJ Design to assess the condition of the goods.
Right of complaint:
There are 2 years of warranty on products according to the Danish purchase law. The right of withdrawal applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.
Complaint regarding errors and defects must be reported to NKJ Design within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here the max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The claim is due to improper or uncommon operation of the product.
NKJ Design covers the return costs to reasonable extent.

We do not sell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer company. You can delete your information at any time.
To conclude an agreement with NKJ Design, we need the following information:

We make the registration of your personal data for the purpose of providing the item to you.
The personal data are registered with NKJ Design and stored for up to five years after which the information is deleted.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
The director and the employees of NKJ Design have access to the information recorded about you.

As registered with NKJ Design, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you.
